      I am filing a complaint on my rental property. Upon me moving in there are multiple broken window in my unit that have not been fixed. Now that its winter time my water heater is broken and its been broken for 1 week and a half and they havent been to fix it until TODAY ( 12/18/23) which resulted in them messing up my heat in my apartment. Now I have no heat and no hot water . I have a 1 year old baby. When I went to express these issues to the property manager **** Pittsley he insulted my intelligence made me feel like I was wrong for coming down to the offices , laughed in my face and then recorded me . Once I called the police to file a report he then proceeded to lie to me and mock me then tell me to leave the office. He is utterly disgusting and disrespectful.

      my car got towed in front of my house by "Lovetts" but i have a valid parking permit, when i contacted the towing company they told me that as long as they can't see the permit on the windshield i never purchased it, and i had my landlord sent them proof they still didn't care so basically by loosing a $20 permit they are making me pay $230 for it even though my parking permit is still valid until July 2023 an i have proof of everything i mentioned. i explain the issue to them and they told me if i can't find the old permit i will have to pay and additional $50 and i don't think it's ethical at all.

      Hello, 

      The attached complaint was received by our office today, 10/31/2022. 

      All of our parking lots require valid and visible parking passes in order to be in the lot. This is indicated in our lease agreement, the parking permit submission form, and signs entering all lots. The incident was brought to our attention by the tenant and they indicated that they had tint installed on their vehicle. The installers had potentially removed the sticker during install, as ******* had indicated that there was no sticker in the vehicle. A replacement sticker for lost or stollen passes is $50. However if the pass is brought to our office, whole or in pieces, we will exchange it free of charge. Had the tenant contacted us prior to parking in the lot, we would have offered to issue a temporary parking pass or exchanged the pass as noted above. Lovetts has permission to tow any and all vehicles parked in our lot without a valid/visible pass at any time, again as indicated by the lease agreement, parking permit submission form and signs going into the lot.
