    I am a student at New Age Spa Institute and very close to finishing the program for Esthetics. It has been a great experience so far. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and will push you to do your best. The best part of the program is the opportunity that we get to work hands-on on classmates and clients who come in. I am confident that my choice to enroll at this school is going to set me up for success in my career! I highly recommend this school for an esthetics program!

    I’m a current student at New Age and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the program, my favorite part about the program are the teachers, they’re absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend New Age Spa Institute.

    I enrolled in April 2024. So far the program has been amazing! The instructors really care about your education, and make a point to help you really understand the material. Honestly, one of the best choices I could have made in 2024! New Age Spa has been such a great experience and I would totally recommend to anyone who is looking to get a quality education while having fun at the same time!

    Im currently enrolled in Esthetics program at New Age Spa Institute, and so far, my experience has been nothing short of incredible. From the moment I started, I felt like I was in the right place to truly grow and develop my skills in the beauty industry.The curriculum is comprehensive, covering everything from foundational techniques. What I love most is the hands-on learning approach. I get to practice my skills in real-world scenarios.The instructors here are amazinghighly skilled, approachable. They take the time to give personalized feedback and are always available for extra support.Overall, my experience at **** has been amazing so far, and Im excited to continue learning and growing here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to build a successful career in the beauty industry!

    Im a cancer survivor, and during my time at New Age Spa Institute, the support I received was nothing short of incredible. Between chemo appointments and surgeries, the staff at **** were a beacon of light in my life. I honestly don't think I could have made it through without their encouragement and understanding. And I graduated from the esthetics program at New Age Spa Institute weekend part-time.Since getting my license a couple of years ago, I've regularly returned to NASI for more education, to replenish my products and supplies, and to seek advice for my business. I just completed their Master Clinical Aesthetics program this month, and it has completely transformed my perspective on esthetics and the wellness industry. Saying the program was excellent is an understatement. Hands-on practice with the latest machines like cryotherapy and microneedling RF, and subjects like Oncology esthetics and how hormonal stages of life affect the skin.Attending school was my ME time and I enjoyed every moment of it with my classmates too. I was sad when it ended, but I know I'll be back for more.They're disciplined and push to elevate you, but they are also incredibly passionate about education and helping you become your best.Thank you, New Age Spa Institute, for everything!!!

    I enrolled for a class September 16 2023, for the amount of $19**** Predict, ****************** Solve. The class was held in Sunday September 17 at **** am, I mistakenly enrolled for the class without any judgment I enrolled for the class, the class page had not explanation if it was in person. I signed for the class around **** am September 16, the same day I received the bill and explanation of how the class will be conducted the 17, unfortunately the class was in person not online. I was out all day the 16 coming back home very late in the evening, around 1. 00 am in the morning of the 17, I checked the emails and I read the emails. I reached this company with a long explanation of the mistake I made previous hours of the day before, I told them to cancel the class for me and refund the money back to my account or transfer the money for future classes in the future. The company has refused to ***** the accommodations requested they have a cancelation policy that people must cancel 7 days in advance but this cancelation policy does not apply to me because I enrolled less that 24 hours. I have explained all of these to the clerks that works in this company, to tell the owner to speak with me directly, but frankly the owner has not called back to me and return the monies back to my account. I feel that is very unfair the business practices that this company uses against consumers. I am not sure how I can recuperate my $19**** refunded to my account.

Firstly, we understand the frustration of enrolling for a course that did not meet your expectations. However, it is important to note that all of our webinar classes are clearly indicated as such in the heading and description. For the course you enrolled in, there was no mention of it being a live webinar. This information is transparently displayed to ensure our customers are fully informed before making a purchase. Our continuing education registration and cancellation policies are readily accessible on our website. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all our students. Before finalizing any class purchase, customers are required to check a box confirming they have reviewed, understood, and agree to adhere to these policies. This step is crucial to avoid any misunderstandings regarding our procedures. According to our records, the class was purchased in the morning of September 16, with the class scheduled to start at 9:00 AM on September 17. Given this timeline, the purchase falls outside of our allotted time for class transfers or refunds, which require a minimum notice of seven business days. This policy is clearly stated and is applied uniformly to all our students to maintain the integrity of our operations. We recall your attempts to reach out via phone call at 1 AM on September 17th, and we apologize that we cannot offer 24-hour assistance. The administration is responsible for handling such disputes and not the director. We strive to ensure all communications and processes are handled professionally and fairly. This class was during heavy duty continuing education season, so all our CE classes were extremely busy and waitlisted. To streamline our assistance during continuing education season and accommodate our large directory of students, our administrators are expected follow guidelines set in place. We have served beauty professionals for over 17 years, and our policies are designed to support the smooth and fair management of our educational offerings. We regret that we are unable to make exceptions to these policies unless explicitly stated. Thank you for your understanding and for being a valued member of our educational community. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future under more favorable circumstances.
