    My husbands and my MVR are both incorrect, and I ordered our states MVR to prove this. However, you will take 30 days to investigate and we are needing to switch insurance providers and you have kept us from being able to.

    I submitted a dispute with *********** regarding a judgement on my consumer report that has been dismissed by the courts. Its been over 30 days. Ive been reaching out to ***** Nexis at **************** too get an update on the dispute. The representatives tell me theres no information or updates to give me and someone will send a written response or call me back. I have not received any letters or calls. I requested a copy of my consumer report & they refuse to send me a copy of my consumer report or give me an update on my dispute. I submitted the EX PARTE MOTION TO VACATE JUDGMENT AND DISMISS ORDER from the courts which was signed off by the judge. Still no response. I am simply requesting a status update and a resolution to my dispute My dispute case number is ********

    Trying to apply for a loan they got ahold of the company lexinexi information and the company violated the fica information act to give out my information without my consent without my permission it's illegal you're supposed to let the person know if it's okay to give them the information but they did that anyway
