I wanted to express my utomost satisfaction with the exceptional service I received from ServiceMaster for my water damage issue. From the very beginning, when I met ********************************* , I was impressed by his honesty, reliability, and dedication to the job. ********************************* professionalism made me feel comfortable and assured that I was in capable hands. Being a widow, its very hard to trust anybody, especially when they see you vulnerable and potentially take advantage. Unfortunately, I've encountered situations where others lied about what was needed and misused funds. However, the honesty displayed by ********************************* and his team was truly a breath of fresh air.The hardworking and efficient crew that he sent to assist me exceeded my expectations. Their dedication to to completing the task promptly and their meticulous attention to cleanliness truly stood out. Not only did the tackle the water damage efficiency, but they also left the area impecably clean.I genuinely appreciate the timely manner in which everything was handled, and the honesty displayed throughout the entire process. Also, the fact that I have anxiety, especially when it comes to mold, made me particularly concerned and I felt secure that the mess was properly cleaned and he mitigation was done thoroughly.
