  About three years ago Wynnchurch acquired several protective foam plants under the name, Alleguard. They opened a corporate office in *********, ********* and ****** ***** has been the ** of HR since its opening. This is her first ** position and she has not handled the power that this position holds well. In fact, she has used her position to bully and control her entire team. Although she has spun her stories about why each of her team members has left their positions, the truth is that each one of us was looking for opportunities outside of Alleguard to escape her extreme micromanagement. Being under her leadership has proven to be arduous, painful, and disconcerting. Complaints have been submitted regarding her mental and emotional abuse via the employee hotline and the Wynnchurch website. However, ****** has laughed these off reminding the entire team that all complaints through the hotline land on her desk and that Wynnchurch will never take any complaints about me seriously because they love me. Amongst the many cruel things she has done are sharing private information about other employees, favoriting certain employees and giving them significant raises and holding back others, taking credit for her teams work, lying about hiring 3rd parties to investigate employees and then firing them without explanation, drug testing employees with no justification and not according to protocol, pitting teams against eachother in the corporate office, covering up serious failures by blaming her team members, and causing the company hundreds of thousands of dollars due to poor management of employees both at the corporate office and the plants. Wynnchurch had been made aware of some of these issues but seem unconcerned about the poor moral ****** keeps the corporate office in. She is one of the most unprofessional executives I have had the displeasure of working under an hope this will get the attention of Wynnchurch.
