    I purchased this product on ****** on 8/5. It broke about two weeks ago. I have charged it and tried all the trouble shooting steps to no avail. I contacted the company and placed a warranty claim on 10/19 on their website. I also called and left multiple messages thereafter. The company will not respond and honor their warranty.

    I have been a loyal Peugeot customer, valuing the quality and craftsmanship of their products. However, my recent experience with Peugeots customer service has been extremely disappointing.I purchased a Peugeot pepper grinder that came with a lifetime guarantee. When the product began to rusta defect that should not occur with stainless steelI reached out to Peugeot to resolve the issue through the warranty. Despite providing all necessary details and photos, I was repeatedly redirected to irrelevant departments. Most recently, I was shockingly referred to Peugeots automobile division and advised to contact a car dealerdespite my claim clearly being about a kitchen product, not a vehicle.This shows a severe lack of communication and understanding from their customer service team, which has caused unnecessary frustration and delay in addressing a valid warranty claim. The Peugeot brand is known for high-quality products, but this situation has significantly damaged my trust in their customer care.I demand that ********************** honors their lifetime guarantee on my pepper grinder, provides clear and direct assistance, and resolves this issue without further delays or misdirection.I urge Peugeot to improve their customer service processes, as this level of service failure is unacceptable for such a well-regarded brand.Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend Peugeot products and will be considering other brands for future purchases.

    I purchased a specialty pepper mill from Peugeot Saveurs on June 5th 2023, which costed me over $100, and upon receiving it, I assembled according to the instructions and I noticed that it was extremely hard to grind peppercorns, as the handle kept falling off and most of the time without even grinding anything. I was hoping it would loosen up with time, or that I would find an easier way to grind, but after a few months I injured my finger trying to use it and at that point I concluded that either it was a faulty mill or it was user error. I contacted **********************'s customer service on 11/10 just to ask some advice on how to use this mill, I mentioned I was looking for a tutorial online and I found nothing, and I also mentioned that I followed the directions on the pamphlet that came with the mill, but somehow there was an issue that makes it very hard to use the mill, and potentially unsafe. The person that answered the phone, ******, started telling me about filling out a warranty claim and I told her that before I did that, I would appreciate some advice on how to use it, as maybe there was an easier way that I couldn't figure out. She took my email and said that she would try to find something and send it to me. After just a few minutes I received an email from her stating that she wasn't able to find anything and she forwarded me the pamphlet (which I had told her I already have). I called the Peugeot number a few times and sent an email but nobody picked up or replied.
