      This company has contacted me multiple times for one missed payment. I am attempting to catch up and have fallen on financial hardship. Ive attempted to call and either get a busy signal or remain on hold. I ask for this company to not contact any references, my employment, future employments or anything else. I will continue to make payments. But ask for the company to not contact anyone other than me.

      Its no wonder they dont give loans in ******** anymore, as they can no longer prey on people.I had a loan with them a while. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I fell on hard times and got behind on the loan. After some shame, I called them up to see what could be done. I spoke with their collections person, whom I believe was named ******, I could be wrong. We got a plan set up to bring my loan current. I SPECIFICALLY asked him if once I followed the payment schedule to the letter, my account would be considered paid in full, and he said YES.Of course, this was a lie. Right after and to this very day I still owe a balance . I refuse to pay it because I was told this would pay my account off in FULL. I am requesting this be fixed and they hold their end of the bargain as promised.

      We are in receipt of Mr. ********* complaint and appreciate the opportunity to respond.  Mr. ********************** a loan from AmeriCash on October 12, 2018 in the principal amount of $700.  Mr. ****************** the initial five, regularly scheduled loan payments.  Unfortunately, Mr. ******************** to continue making the remaining seven loan payments in accordance with his loan agreement.  Due to Mr. ********* failure to continue to make timely payments, AmeriCash was forced to follow-up with Mr. *********************** his outstanding payment obligations. ******************** agreed to make certain payments in an effort to bring his account current through July 10, 2020, after which a balance of $127.74 remained due. In an effort to work with our customer, the company will agree to waive the remaining balance at this time.  Thank you.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However,  just goes to show how deceitful and dishonest your company is.  I was specifically told my account would be considered paid off in full once that payment plan schedule was fulfilled.  Its no surprise you wont practice loans in ******** anymore since you can no longer s**** customers over.
