On Saturday November 2, the plumber came to my house to fix the clogged issue of the pipe underground (which connects the downspout of sump line) at my backyard. The plumber received full payment after performing 1 hour power rodding. The plumber said the problem had been fixed and one years warranty provided in his service.Shortly after the plumbers leaving, it was noticed that the water in the "repaired pipe" did not flow as it should be (indicating that the clogging issue is still there). The plumber was informed about this. He came back and said "if the clogging issue is still there, you will see it - during the rainy day the water pumped from sump line will overflow from downspout position. If that happens, call me and I will fix it". I sent email (with photos taken) to the plumber on Tuesday evening November 5 (it was a rainy day) to report the unsolved clogged issue - the water (pumped from sump line) overflowed badly on downspout position. I had a follow up call to the plumber next day. The plumber said he would come to give one more power rodding on Saturday November 9. Then, the plumber said he got sick and would come on Saturday November 16. Then, the plumber no longer showed up, no longer answered phone calls and emails. The plumber provided me with several services in the past, including fixing the clogged issue for the same pipeline (by excavating, cutting, and rodding the pipe) **************************************************** that he no longer provided paper documents for his service. I shared all the information with him about the clog issue (history) including the previous diagnosis from other party. I really hope he can perform the business/service honestly and professionally as he did in the past.

On March 30 2023, I had employees from Master plumbing pro come to my house to give me a free estimate on my plumbing issues. They stated that they would need to see the main line, which is located in the front of my house. They came in to tell me that the main line was clear and that they just had to drain the individual drains. What they didnt tell me was that they had to break open the cap to the main drain in order to look inside. I noticed it awhile later and contacted the company immediately. I explained to the owner, *****, what happened and he said that he would need to charge me in order to fix what his employees broke. I spent over $500 to have his employees do professional work and not break my property. The owner did not care what so ever and said to do what me wrong I needed to do. I have HD cameras surrounding my whole house and you can see the employees at the main drain. I was also told that I would get a receipt and 1 year warranty but I never received anything in my email nor spam folder

We gave the customer a price to replace the part but she did not want to pay for it to be replaced.

I am rejecting this response because:  I had the City of ***********, ** come out and inspect my water leak in my basement and was told by the city that the problem was up to me to have fixed since the leak was on my property and not city property.  The ******************* even ****ed the water line on the outside of my house which ***** knew and saw.  Being the professional that he claims to be he should have told me that any and all utilities should have been ****ed before he started the job.  I would have been more than happy to pay for someone to come out and **** any other utilities that needed to be ****ed, but, once ***** saw the water line was ****ed he just started digging up my front yard.  After speaking with ***** and telling him what the situation was he told me that he would be out to fix the problem.  I even had another electrician talk to him over the phone and explain what had happened when he dug up my front yard and ***** knew exactly what the electrician was talking about.  ***** had his associate ***** come out and work on the problem.  ***** was only able to do so much and admitted that he didn't know what or how to fix the problem so ***** called ***** to explain to him what he did and that he couldn't finish the job so ***** told ***** that he would be out on Monday to fix the problem himself.  After many phone calls to ***** with no return calls from him or ***** never coming to my house, that is when I had decided to have another plumber and electrician come out to fix his s**** up.

    Sincerely,

    ***************************

using the streams of water when it rained or snowed. I called Master Pro at least seven times starting in October to find out when someone was going to come out and fix the problems and I never received a phone call back or a visit from anyone. I just recently paid another $3,435.00 to have the sealant around the water pipe fixed and another $488.57 to have my electrical work fixed on the outside of my house. I would like to be reimbursed for the $3,435.00 the $159.00 and the $488.57 that I had to pay to fix their s**** up.
