The Advanced Roofing Team is a very professional and reliable roofing company that has worked for my husband and I for major issues regarding our roof and garage but not only for us they have proved to be a top roofing company for anyone that we have recommended them to. My Dad needed a new roof on his house, and we are very happy to have recommended them for the job! *** and his team took very good care of me. They replaced both my house and garage roof in 2023. The team was efficient and professional. I was making an insurance claim due to wind/hail storm damage. They thoroughly examined my property for damage to make sure all storm damage was discovered and repaired. They handled all the back and forth with my claims adjuster and made sure all the damage they needed to repair got covered. *** was the representative that was my primary contact throughout the whole process. He helped me with everything including the initial estimate/ evaluation, explaining the whole process, answering my questions, making sure the work was completed to my satisfaction, and the final invoice/payment process. He was easy to reach and communicate with via text and phone, which made the process a lot smoother as I'm often not available for phone calls during work hours and texting is much easier. Id recommend *** and Advanced Construction to anyone.Advanced Roofing Team Construction, Inc.

Advanced team replaced my roof 10 years ago. I called them to do an assessment since I am considering solar panels and they were quick to respond and got it done right away. They are professional and great to work with. Kudos to Peter!Advanced Roofing Team Construction, Inc.

I had the pleasure of working with ***** and the Advance Roofing Team after a severe storm 3 weeks ago damaged fascia and drip edge on my house, its a small project but Advanced team did an excellent job on a timely manner with a great communication. I had a complete re roof and gutters installed after a hail storm in 2012. I thought they did a good job with a lifetime transferable warranty and all. The flashing came off around my fireplace chimney and the front gutter should have had one more downspout. Needless to say, i cannot get any reply after calling to get some help on 6/7/24. Several calls and e-mails later with no answer. I am disabled and indigenous. I am all alone here and truly need the quality i was promised when my insurance company paid them. Now, they refuse to even speak to me and my ceiling is being damaged. Never have i been insulting nor rude. I do not understand how a company can have ratings like they do yet not help someone in desperate need after paying for a service. I do not know what i can do as i relied on that guarantee to give me piece of mind. Being older and disabled is scary and water leaking into my living room is happening every time it rains now. I counted on them to honor that warrantee and have received no communication. So disappointed and scared. Please make sure you know who you are dealing with when you hire people. I thought they were great until i actually needed them to honor their policy. Not even a return phone call or e-mail. God help me i do not know what to do.Advanced Roofing Team Construction, Inc.

The first we heard from you was on July 5th and we returned your call on July 5th. Your job was built 12 years ago and over the past ********************************************************** ************ which couldve caused your current issues. You have a limited life time warranty from the shingle manufacture which excludes wind and hail damage. Our craftsmanship warranty was 5 years from the contract that you signed back in 2012. ***** and his team are absolutely amazing. I contacted him last night about a small issue I had with my roof and by 830 this morning there was someone there and took care of it instantly. They back up their work 150%. I would recommend them and I have recommended them to other people and everyone he has done work for has been completely satisfied and they really like his professionalism and honesty.Advanced Roofing Team Construction, Inc.
