    Absolutely terrible customer service. I needed additional risers to get to grade. They originally shipped me the wrong base adaptor. I called back and after a few conversations with multiple customer service **** they told me the base adapter I needed they did not make. After further discussion they did ship me the correct product. When I asked for a return address label they absolutely refused and said it was my fault. They wanted me to pay $125 in shipping so I could get credit for an $80part. I then suggested giving me a credit for half of the part and again the manager said no way. You screwed up we are not sending you a label and not giving you any credit. Fortunately for me I will never have to do business with these guys again!

    Same complaint as others. Purchased an aerator and it quits working before warranty is up. This is the third one and they want to charge me over $300 for another one. I would give them zero stars if i could. ****** in warranty was not helpful at all and claimed she doesnt make the decisions! Stay away from this place!!

    Purchased aerator with 3 year warranty (prorated). The motor failed within the first year approximately 11 months. After jumping through hoops I got a new motor free of charge per the warranties 100% replacement for 1 year. I got the product and installed (after some delay) at approximately 13 months after initial purchase. The second motor failed after 10 months. When I tried to get this one replaced the 3 year prorated warranty was thrown in my face and was offered a credit of 40% towards a new motor. That would mean paying another $285 for a third motor that would have no warranty and likely not last a year. These guys are gaming the system with a **** product but not enough complaints to the BBB to warrant the less than A rating (in my opinion) they deserve. Be ware of cheap product with so called 3 year warranty.

    Product failed to work as advertised. Zero customer support after multiple calls and emails. Guarantee is fake: only within 30 days and only if unused. Avoid at all costs.

    Had to use the warranty so many times it was ridiculous and basically paid for the over two of them. Do not do business with them paid full price and they counted it under the old warranty which is c*** cause its the same product new and the same price!! I have all email traffic to prove this. Do not buy from them as other websites are half the price.

    I bought from Septic Solutions because their price seemed
    good and their website easy to read. I ordered an aerator from them that
    arrived in a damaged package with a broken part. I was able to get them
    to replace the broken part with a great deal of struggle. Less than
    three years later the motor failed. The warranty said they would replace
    the motor at 45% of the cost, and my warranty stated the price I would
    pay was $246. They did not honor the warranty price. They even told me
    my warranty papers do not say "45%". Even after I sent them a copy they
    still denied it said "45%". The owner ***** ***** told me I could take
    it or leave it. A motor that should last over 5 years went out in less
    than 3. Warranty no good. Owner not willing to honor warranties.

    Great at selling. Bad when warranty issue happens. Talks down to you blames you for any and all problems rude than turns it around and claims your the rude one. Bought system hooked line on aeration system line heated up and blew off instantly. Called their service guy explain how it was hooked up . He suggested buying steel pipe and get hose away from pump. Now he denies ever saying that as though I came up with it all on my own. Hooked up as I was told and pump with 2 year warranty Burn up within 6 months. Called for warranty and septic solutions stated I was never told to do it that way and it was my fault. Tech lied to lady on phone who was so rude and the more I reacted the more she became the victim stating I was rude. Called gas who made the pump they stated they would cover. Meanwhile septic solutions sold me another pump( I needed to keep fish alive) at cost they later sent me a letter crediting me my money back. Hooked up new pump as they directed in their housing to protect motor. Motor burn out within 4 months. Contacted septic solutions only to find myself being verbally attacked by the same woman stating I was being rude again. What? She stated gas did not warranty pump and they covered the cost. Therefore she was Not going to honor warranty because. Here comes the rude again. You burned up the pump in the first case. Thats her game talk to you unbelievable and if you you question anything your being rude. She started telling the guys in the backhes being rude again after she verbally attacked me over the first issue which had nothing to do with this pump. Refused to warranty. Will never use again or suggest anyone deal with this customer disrespectful attitude. Her reply will of course be. He hooked it up wrong . As though after I hooked it up the first time and one minute later the hose soften and blew up and I called them for help I went right back out and did the exact same thing ignoring their advice. and he was rude ,mean
