      We called this company for a land survey towards the end of July (2022). We went through zoning through our county board to split a property from ***** acres to approximately 2.5 acres and *****. This company has a guy named ******************* who does all of their land surveys. He stated he could get it done within a few weeks and to expect an invoice from him upon completion. After about 6 weeks, we noticed 2 pins were placed on the property so we thought it would be done in the near future. We kept checking to see if more were placed and they were not. ***** called the office several times and was transferred by the receptionist to leave messages which he did. This process went on for a few weeks. He finally received a call back. *** stated that it would be done within the next week (this was approximately the middle of September). It is now October 15 and is not complete. I (*****) have called several times over the last 2 weeks since ***** has not been receiving a call back. I have only been able to talk the receptionist. I always ask if *** is there and she responds that he is not in the office. I asked on Friday (10/14) if he has been in the office this week to which she responded she did not know. She said I could leave him a message. I then explained that I have left several messages with him and have not received a call back. In one of the conversations *** had with her this week, I asked if there was a manager available and she stated *** is the director and makes his own schedule so if I have any issues he is the only one that I can talk to and I can leave him a message. We have the house with 2.5 acres for sale and cannot legally sell it until this process is complete so the deed can be written up. We have had potential buyers walk away because they dont want to push a closing out for an unknown extended period of time.
