    The Oxnard location accused of me stealing for picking up a 16oz coconut water and putting it back to get a 32oz because it was on sale. They threatened to call the police on me saying I drank the whole bottle. I told them they could grab that bottle and another and weigh it to see if was never even opened. They refused and requested I leave the store. The manager ******* harassed me.

    I was in the grocery store on the evening of Friday, September 8th, 2023. I was putting groceries in the bag off the conveyor belt, when my finger was snatched into a hole. The cashier on lane 8, stated the manager ******* was over there. I spoke with ******* who asked for my name and number and stated someone would call me. I went to the Emergency room the next night as my finger was in pain. I was expecting a phone call on Saturday, but no communication took place. I decided to call at 10:23am this morning(Monday), I spoke with ******* who placed me on hold for 20 minutes and I hung up. I tried calling back and ******* stated she would connect me to the manager, I waited again until the phone disconnected. I called again and I am still in the phone and currently it has been 50 minutes and counting with no answer. I would like the manager to contact me regarding this incident as soon as possible.
