    ** ******* ****** are the absolute best ?? I was in the process of relocating for my job, and ** ******* ****** helped me in a time of need. I have accumulated a lot of things over the years, and they did an amazing job packing up all of my big furniture and placing them in my new condo. They have an awesome team and worked quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier, and I'm impressed with how easy they made it! I have recommended them to other business professionals and will definitely use ** ******* ****** exclusively in the future. Thank you guys! ??

    After sending me tons of paperwork to sign and settling on a date, they were a no-show. We had settled on an appointment for Friday, 09-15-2023, at 2pm. After I had move all my food out of the refrigerator to be relocated, I had not heard from them by 2:30pm. So I contacted them to see if they were still coming. They told me they were running behind and would be at my location around 4-4:30pm. I felt I should have been told this earlier so I could have delayed moving food out of my freezer but I told them ok. They called me 3:52pm to tell me they would not make the 4-4:30pm time due to being short of staffed and asked if I could wait. I told them no - I had waited long enough. Considering my move was an internal move - just moving items from the garage to the basement - more consideration could have been given. I would hate to see how they would have handled a move that consisted of another building or house. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone.
