      Best way I can describe my experience with them as being cautiously optimistic, maybe dangerously optimistic due to the situation. I have an account with them to handle a few delinquent accounts. I will say the introduction with them was very pleasant and felt like a no-brainer. "We'll contact the debtor to initiate a ********************** you will see your credit score increase because the company will settle instead of close". 2 months later, I'm getting notifications that 2 accounts have closed and there hasn't been correspondence between the company & the creditor. I go to the dashboard & both accounts show "Action Needed". I also recommend verifying the accounts you're allowing them to enroll. I requested to have a debt account removed from the program because I really liked the card/benefits & the interest rate was pretty good, but they informed that removing it wouldn't cover the minimum amount of debt needed to enroll in their services... I wish I was aware of that lol. I will say I know that there is SOMETHING being done, they successfully settled a debt on my program even though it was the least of the problematic ones. I do wish that there was more clarification on how your attorney would be reaching out to creditors and bad our scores would get before we see improvement, if at all. My last thing/ pet peeve is there's no clarification on when the payments are deposited from my account. & there isn't anything on the website to tell you when.

      Turnbull is the best for arbitrating debt. They settle fast, are easy to contact with questions, and get the results I want! I trust this firm!
