      This company is intentionally misleading. I was really excited to use them to help settle my debts. The fees they charge just keep coming and constantly add up. Monthly bank fees, fees for "settling debts" which will cost just as much as the full debt itself. I am not saving any money and watching my credit tank in the process. Initially called to enroll a debt and was told to do it online, tried online twice with no success and then was told it's because you have to do it over the phone. None of the reps are on the same page with each other. Now trying to close my account and was told paper work would be emailed to me... Guess what no paperwork. I doubt I'll even get my money back too. I am so upset and feel scammed. User beware, just work on settling the debts yourself!

      this company is a fraud. I will be contacting and meeting with a lawyer. I signed up for the program and only got a copy of my agreement after closing it. They put me in a worse financial situation than I was prior. Paid 780 a month. They only settled one account fully. Paid almost **** into it with about half going to fees in less than a year. I cancelled due to financial reasons and they refused to lower pymts. Now after close they send me emails and charge me fees up the buy to eat the rest of the money in the acct. I called and argued over an hour to have them reimbursed. It was ***** all together and they argued it the whole time. Plus the verbiage about those fees is wrong in email than what they argued about saying it was because I cancelled the acct when the email stated not enough funds in acct when there was. The supervisor was nice as can be the. Boom refused. So people end up worse off than when starting the program and they continue to eat the rest of the money before giving back whats left after a week. And they say its fees owed for services rendered. Beware and stay away from the company. Im going to contact a lawyer regarding them and see if I have a leg to stand on on getting some money back. They are scammers hiding behind a law group.
