    I can't say enough about the thoroughness, professionalism and quality I received in having my fireplace repaired, even though it was 24 years old and needed a new valve and pilot. ****** was a *** to work with and explained everything along the way. I wish there were more stars to give.

    My experience with the company has been excellent. We bought a home in ************** in 2017 with 2 fireplaces one in the living room and one in the basement area that were not used much and after having them inspected was told they are not safe to use. So after getting that report, I did some research on what to do to get the fireplaces working. I called 'A Fireplace Store & More, Inc.' for a consult and decided to have 2 Avalon 616 GSR2 gas insert fireplaces installed in 2018.We have them serviced and inspected yearly, Best decision we ever made and have had NO problems with them.******
