    I purchased an Everbilt non submersible pedestal pump 1/3 hp s/n ****** which has a 3 year warranty. On 1/22/2023 this pump failed completely and my basement flooded. After pumping out the basement and keeping the sump area drained every hour and 15 minutes for the duration of the night, on 1/23/2023 I had a professional come to my home and confirm the pump had failed and was irreparable and had the pump replaced with a new pump. This was all at my cost as it was imperative that I have a new pump in immediately. I sent an email explaining all the ** Technical Customer Relations on 1/24/2022 along with a copy of what I thought was the receipt for the original pump. The returned my email stating they were very sorry to hear about the failure and that the weather was just not on their side this year. They also stated the receipt was the incorrect receipt and asked if I couldn't find the receipt if I could get them the Date Code off the pedestal pump. I replied that I would forward more information and I was unavailable to discuss on the telephone due to being at work. I did received a call at 4:18 pm from **************** and we discussed the situation and I explained I had found what I thought was the correct receipt and had forwarded it along with a snapshot of the tag on the sump pump. The representative said they had not received the email and would wait for it to come through and also asked for my address to send me a *** return label as they were going to have me send back the pump and send me a new one although it might be a different brand which I was totally fine with. I then resent the email, along with the receipt, photo of the tag on the pump and a photo of the actual pump from the sump pump instruction booklet. No reply. I sent a follow up email on 1/25/2023 and still no reply. My emails are going through and the company is no longer responding to me. As I originally stated I wish a refund or new sump pump. Thank you.
