    They told me I would be compensated for completing tasks but instead kept asking for money. I sent more money with the promise I would be compensated after completing the next task. I was never paid and have given them money. I believe this business is a complete fraud. They don't give out all the details about how everything works. It has to do with working with merchants to gain profit. I feel I have been completely lied to and feel this company should no longer be in business. I attached the contract they sent and they haven't lived up to their end. I would like my money plus the commission they promised me.

    Straight North takes the integrity of our brand and the safety of consumers very seriously. The individual who submitted this complaint has unfortunately been the victim of a fraudulent scam carried out by individuals who are impersonating our company and using our brand name without permission. We want to be clear that this person has never been a client, customer or employee of **********************.

    Our company does not engage in recruitment programs that promise compensation for completing tasks nor do we solicit money from individuals in exchange for commissions or employment. The activities described in this complaint have no connection to our legitimate business operations. This is a case of corporate identity fraud. ******** operating overseas are using our company name, branding and reputation without authorization to deceive people into sending money under false pretenses.

    We are deeply sympathetic to the complainant and understand the emotional and financial toll this situation can cause. We strongly encourage them to report this crime to the ************************ (***************************), their local law enforcement agency and the ******************************* (*******************), all of which can investigate and assist with cases of fraud.

    Straight North is actively working to identify and report fraudulent websites, email accounts and social media profiles misusing our brand name. We will continue doing everything possible to stop the misuse of our identity.
