    Oak Trace discharged my mother from its *********** program on 5/17/2024. My family had pre-paid for the whole month of May ($9069.00). The final invoice from Oak Trace, issued on 5/20/2024, showed my family was owed a refund of $3955.65. I have been trying to obtain the money my family is owed ever since. In addition to the final invoice, I have an email from Oak Trace stating that the refund check "would be processed." It was never sent. Since May, I've sent numerous emails to Oak Trace, have spoken with and emailed two Oak Trace business managers, and have spoken with and emailed the Oak Trace Executive Director. They keep promising to resolve this issue, but nothing has happened and the money has not been refunded.
