    I am rejecting this response because:
    They did not EVER fix the original problem. This is not the owner. I dont know where Robert **** is but it was stressful. 15 calls that were blocked to go to voicemail. They spied on me WHICH IS STALKING WUTH INTENT TO HARM and without my knowledge his supposed trainee was reporting everything to someone on the phone outside my house-my camera picked up the conversation. Not only is this creepy but its scary.

    We are truly sorry for the experience that this customer has had with our company. However, the facts have not been described accurately and we would like to correct them. 
    The customer called in and stated that she had a plumbing problem.  Our plumber was dispatched and fixed the initially identified problem.  He charged only the trip charge and no charge for repair. The customer called back 12 days later stating that she had another leak.  We returned without charging a trip charge and opened a clogged drain at no cost.  He then determined the issue was related to her furnace which required an **** technician to be dispatched to fix the secondary leak.  The customer did not want to pay to have the **** technician come out because she had already paid for the plumber even though these were completely unrelated.  We were not given an opportunity to return to complete fixing the problem.  We have refunded the customer in full in the amount of $49.  The proof of refund is attached.
    We would like to add that the customer was verbally abusive to every staff member at our company from the call taker to the technician to our vice president.   This includes extensive profanity and threats.  We have all of the offensive calls from the customer recorded and are happy to provide these recordings upon request. We have photos of the valve leaks and the **** problem. We have additional documentation of emails and voicemails from our VP to try to resolve the issue. We told the customer that we will no longer be able to provide her any future service.
    We feel that we did our best to accommodate the customer and provide service.

    We have tried to address this issue with compassion and professionalism but, at this time, we dont feel that there is any way to satisfy this customer.  We have refunded all of her money and apologized profusely for the inconvenience she experienced.  And even though she has been verbally abusive in every recorded phone call, we have remained respectful.
