  I am so pleased to have found this company. If you have a home or business residence with EIFS/Dryvit siding and need intallation, painting, or repairs, these are the go to guys. There are not a lot of companies that do this type of work in my area, especially on residential buildings, so the ones that I have had experience with in the past treat you like what you may be, small potatoes. Not JAD. They were out immediately to give an estimate after we reached out to them, itemized all the repairs so we could prioritize what to get done first, had their crew out as soon as the weather permitted, and did exceptional work. Even the color match was spot on. Their pricing was more than fair as well, and they even fixed some additionaI items discovered after the estimate was given at no additional cost. I will be a repeat customer as long as I own the property.

  Service started on time and even finished a day early. The final price was exactly the same as we agreed upon in the original estimate. The owner was very kind about explaining the scope of work and what needed to be done to fix things properly during his on-site visit. He was also very accommodating to my questions over the phone. The repair technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk through the repairs with me. The result is fantastic. I had multiple cracks and bird holes in my dryvit, and now you'd never know they were there. They did such a good job repairing the damage, color-matching, and texture-matching, that even from two feet away you can't tell any work was done! They even went the extra mile to assess/repair caulking behind downspouts and behind bushes, something that other contractors would probably ignore. I would highly recommend them to anyone with stucco/dryvit issues. They may cost a bit more than other companies, but the final result is absolutely worth the expense. My only quibble is that their website occasionally crashes, however they were very responsive via telephone. I will definitely re-hire them to repair the inevitable future woodpecker damage!
