    My name is ***************************** I've contacted American window and siding to replace my windows. has been replaced now these windows are drafty. I've been calling for the company to come and repair or replace faulty windows. It's been going on for 2 years. It's a breach of contract and guarantee. I paid the company in full after the windows were replaced. So now I'm being ignored by the president of the company. I've called so many times they know who I am.

    I have talked to Mr ****** it is the middle of winter and it is too cold to install windows and or caulk windows so we are going to try and get out there within the next week or 2. 

    The installer of this job is out of town family emergency so when he arrives back in the country next week I will jump on this service.

    Contract date 6/1/22 for 2 replacement windows and patio door. Less that a year later it's very difficult to open and close patio door. Called manufacturer ******* (*** service manager) to have someone come out and adjust. Was informed service call charged was $250, when I advised them adjustment should be made for no charge, they suggested I contact American *********************************************** to have someone come out to adjust. Left 3 voicemails for ***** *************), no response. Patio door is located near a bedroom for *********** grandchildren. Should an emergency arise, it will be difficult to almost impossible to easily open. It takes me both hands to open or close the door, which is not acceptable, especially given the age of the door.

    We have spoken to ********************* and are going out for a service call tmrw 6-8-2023 and if it has nothing to do with the installation, we will set up aservice call with the manufacturer ******* windows and doors to get this resolver asap.
