    We had a highly disappointing experience with B&D Homes, which led us to terminate our relationship with them and remove all of our properties from their management.Our concerns began when a tenant informed us that they had reached out to B&D Homes multiple times regarding serious repair issues, including problems with the ** and insulation. Despite repeated complaints, no repairs were made, and we were never notified. The situation escalated to the point that the tenant decided to move out. When we asked for the tenants contact information to try and resolve the issue ourselves, it took over a week to receive it, leaving us to manage the situation without their support.We also faced repeated issues regarding the status of rehab work on multiple properties. We were assured that the work was complete and inspections had been passed. However, when we requested inspection certificates, we were told to contact the *************************** directly. After doing so, we discovered that no inspections had ever been ************ one case, an inspection that had already been paid for was never arranged. In another, a necessary permit requiring a licensed professional had not been pursued, and no steps were taken to address this. These omissions showed a clear lack of initiative and transparency.The overall experience was marked by miscommunication, false reporting, and unresponsiveness. It became clear that there was no genuine intent to manage the properties effectively or professionally.We do not recommend B&D Homes based on our experience and hope this review helps other property owners make informed decisions.

    This property management company is poorly rated. that have no communications. they will not fix anything because they can't never keep an active Maintenace person. they are very rude on the phone when you call. they barley answer the phone to take complaints. they don't document any complaints you have. if they tell you someone is coming out, they will never show, but they defiantly want your rent payment. as a consumer, and tenant they are not honoring our rights. it's not everyone in the office that's rude. please don't rent from this company if you do you defiantly will be filing an Negligence complaint.

    I applied for a rental property and was approved but when i received my paperwork back there was a different property listed when i asked what happened to the original property i was told they were only taking section 8 for it i was told to drive by the property they put on the application to see if i like it so i did the property looked decent but i still needed to view the inside owner told me i needed to pay $1200 just to view the inside and if i dont like the property i could not have a refund

    I have been staying with this property management company since last October and here it is August and our AC stopped working. Ive been getting the run around since July and they have yet to fix anything. I called ***** and asked about compensation and was rudely denied and hung up on! I dont advise to one to stay with this company at all!!!
