    Technician came out on Friday on November 4. 2022 to unclog a drain in basement. Snaked outside drain. Plumber stated drain was opened and everything running fine. Later that evening the company called to inform homeowners that the pit was stopped up. Unable to explain exactly what a pit was and needed to come back out on property to do work and charge more money because warranty didn't cover problem. Plumber returned on Tuesday to repair pit. Stating that it was going to be $402.00 to come back and a additional $200.00 to clean pit. Nothing was done that day but charged $202.00. Asked for bill on what was done for the $200.00. Still waiting on explanation.

    To Whom it may concern, On November 4th, Darwyn's Plumbing found drain in basement clogged. Darwyn's Plumbing addressed the issue and cleared the drain. The second issue was a secondary stoppage stoppage in basement enclosed in a sealed pit. Darwyn's Plumbing informed the warranty company that we needed to gain access to the pit to determine the nature of the problem and a $200 charge to gain access to the pit. The warranty company informed the homeowner that there will be a charge of $200 to determine the nature of the problem which would not be covered under warranty and would be an out of pocket expense to the homeowner. Darwyn's Plumbing exposed the problem and found the pit was full of lint and waste and needed to be cleaned. Homeowner advised Darywn's Plumbing that they would rectify the issue themselves. Darwyn's Plumbing resolution is to bring this matter to a close.

    Paid them $201.00 for nothing. This was on the second visit.

    To whom it may concern, Darwyn's Plumbing has been in business for over 12years and is a very respectable company and we treat each client with top priority. Unfortunately, in this matter, between Darwyn's Plumbing and ********* ******* her complaint should between between her and her warranty company. Before any work is performed at her residence, it has to be approved by her warranty company. Darwyn's Plumbing has no knowledge of her coverage through her warranty company. Darwyn's Plumbing went out on November 4th and addressed the non covered item that would be paid out of pocket by the homeowner. Darwyn's Plumbing gained access to the pit, exposed the problem and the homeowner declined the service. We ask that this matter be brought to a close.
