    STL Flight is a flight school that I have been training at. They use a system called Chronos where you deposit money into an account, and it automatically charges that account when you receive flight training. Currently, I have $6,730.79 of unused funds in my account, and I do not have any unpaid charges. On Aug 29, 2024, I asked STL Flight to let me withdraw $5,000 from my account to cover some unexpected expenses. ************************* replied, and said she will have a check sent to me. On September 1, 2024, ******* emailed me saying her boss told her that it is not allowed per the finance agreement, but he will run it up the chain to see what he can do on my behalf. I did not hear anything back for 4 days, so I emailed her on Sep 5, 2024 to ask if her boss have gotten back to her about my withdrawal. She replied, and said he has been out of the office. I then asked her to show me the financial agreement that says I cannot withdraw my money, but never got a reply. I've read their operations manual, under section 1.6 "Payment Policy", and it does not mention anything about not being able to withdraw my unused money. So I believe I am being lied to. I originally wanted to only withdraw $5,000 out of my $6,730.79 account, and continue ********************** with them, but now I would like my entire $6,730.79 to be returned.

    We thought we had updated our finance agreement to require funds deposited to be used for future training. The delay in our response was when we were looking into our agreement. A full refund has been initiated today and should be in **************** account in 1-2 business days. See attached letter to ************.
