    I paid Aark Air International $2500 for the transport of my dog ***** from ******* to ********, where I live now. He never transported her here and didnt refund my money. He was paid $1200 to cared for and board my dog while anticipating her flight which never occurred. He refuses to refund the money for services he promised but never performed.

    I am talking to the client now and refund wlll be made. There was total misunderstanding on both sides and those issues have now been resolved and we are working together to take care of the refund.
