    I have had nothing but issues with the processing of payments. I ordered several roll off dumpsters from Roll Offs to Go. I have had to give my payment info several times. For some reason the lady keeps messing up the tickets. This last instance I was called about a payment for service that I had 6 months ago. I gave my payment information again and they dis not process the payment until 2 months later.

    Rented a roll off dumpster from this location was charged the $500.00. We called them 3 days after they picked it up to see if we went over weight, and the lady that answered the phone looked it up stated we didn't go over weight. And them about a month went by and I got an alert from my bank that the business was trying to take $500.00 out of my account and the bank allowed $250 to go thru. We informed our bank we didn't make that purchase, so they credited ** and turned off my husband's debit card. So he couldn't conduct his business due to that shut off. Now this business has tried to take money out using same card twice now stating that we went over on the weight. How can we have gone over weight 45 days after the fact, and wasn't over weight 5 days after the ennitial pick up of the dumpster.
