      12/13/24 my wife took our 2023 ***** suburban in to have some other work done and she mentioned that we just noticed on 12/12, that the heat was not working properly. It was scheduled to be looked at further on 12/20 12/20/24 they at first could not figure out the issue and were calling GM. After some time, they diagnosed the problem and said that they had to order the part in. They said they hoped it would be fixed the next week and they would be in touch.12/27/24 we called back asking for the status on the vehicle. We were told that the part was delivered and they were going to replace it the next week.12/31 we called back asking for the status. We were then told the part was replaced and put back together. They then discovered that the housing was broken and cracked which was due to GM when they installed the vehicle at the factory. They then had to order a new part in.1/2 called for a status and we were told that they were still waiting on parts 1/3 they called to let us know that the lid had arrived, still waiting on the box 1/10 we called for an update. We were told that the part should deliver monday, be put back together by Thursday 1/16 1/15 called to see if it would be done that next day. ***** from service said that he signed for the part on Tuesday 1/14 and it would be going in to be worked on Thursday or Friday and it would be done by Saturday 1/16 called to see if it was done. Another vehicle was put into priority before it and it took longer than expected. It would be put in later that afternoon. ** was contacted for help in resolving this.1/17 not started. It would be put in to be worked on that afternoon 1/18 The suburban should be worked on monday When are we getting our vehicle back? It has been over a month. Noone can give us an answer. The promise date just keeps getting pushed out and it seems as if everything else is priority over our vehicle even though it has been there for a month.

      We bought car December. Dealership didn't fill out the form for state rebate for $4000. They were negligent. The dealership should have provided a rebate form and filled some of it out. I stop by my local ***** dealership who I trust. They confirm that they rebate form is provided by the dealership. In fact there's a section that only they can fill out and sign. I reached out to the runde dealership next which is where I bought the car from. I tell them about my accountant and local ***** dealership stating it's up to them to provide me with a filled out and signed rebate form. They send me the form again in January only it's still blank. I finally have to send a demand letter in February directly to the owner before I get them to send me the proper rebate form with their required sections filled out and signed. Unfortunately 2 months after the sale was too late of a post **** date for me to ever have a chance at getting the $4000 rebate. Runde Chevrolet was negligent and really dropped the ball. Unfortunately when I tried to email them with my concerns they were very dismissive. They gaslit and blamed me the whole time. They wouldn't listen to my side nor would they hear what the other dealership said. They blamed everyone else. They took zero responsibility for their actions including the ommission of the signed and filled out rebate form. You can print it online they said. How do I get your dealership signature and you guys to fill it out then? I went to My local Greem Chevrolet. They had the rebate form printed within seconds of me walking in the door. They assured me they would have filled and signed at time of sale like any reasonable person/business would expect. I drove 3 hours all the way to Runde to try and give them the opportunity to make it right. They were dismissive and rude. They even threatened me and got in my personal space as they tried to intimidate me. Gave me an ultimatum and said I had 3 minutes to leave before they call the police.
