    Today a lifeguard at Santa's Village told me to go nurse my baby in a bathroom because other kids shouldn't see me (apparently feeding my son is a sexual thing??) When I told her I wont be moving to bathroom, i know my rights and it's against the law to tell a mother she can't nurse her child in a public space, she called security on me. The female security officer proceeded to tell me if I want to nurse my child I should use a bathroom or cabana ($199 per day). I told her the same thing, it's against the law to tell me to stop breastfeeding in a public space, she said she was calling her manager and I told her go ahead!!!!! I hope your manager knows Illinois state law.....this is when my husband intervened and we started walking away (while I was still holding my child latched on me nursing), and relocated to the other side of the kiddie pool When the manager showed up I saw him talking to her but she never approached me with him. Instead she just watched us... I'm guessing he told her she was wrong? I deserved an apology. All I know, is it was horrible to be harassed and so publicly. Their lifeguards AND especially security should know basic laws like this if they're going to be interacting with the public on a regular basis. I purchased season passes and do not want to go back after having such a horrible experience and being discriminated against!

    First contact number provided on BBB was incorrect and had no voicemail option. Emailed to try to contact.

    Received message from guest, which included their correct phone number in order for us to contact the guest.

    On June 12th 2023 I brought tickets for my family to celebrate my babies party totaling 140 so you have buy tickets for a exact day so we do, So a parent last minute asked could there child come so I was going to site to pay for ticket cause it didnt open till ************************************************************************************************************************************************** today was a Wednesday and tomorrow is Thursday people called off moved things just to celebrate on the exact day of his birthday and there schedules how can you now say its only tomorrow or no refund at all or exchange. So I just called bank and told them but I havent heard nothing back I sent sake supporting docs I sent to Chime to show in that same day I had to pay another almost *************************************************************************************************** all honesty they need pay be both because this would all be ignored if they returned payment also ticked never been validated we never been cause we couldnt go. Its been two weeks and I havent heard a thing . Again I sent screen shots of the new amusement park we ended up having to go to my receipt them letting me no no refunds even though it was a problem on there end.

    Tickets Purchased were for **** 14th.  The park was fully operational on **** 14th - we were not closed.  We were closed on Tuesday **** 13th, but the tickets were not purchased for the 13th, they were purchased for the 14th.

    A refund will not be issued.  Not only was the park open and fully operational on **** 14th, but the credit card holder has disputed the credit card charge at this time.

    thats still terrible business practices so we dont get exchange credit or new tickets which means they are a scam. Again these tickets were not validated either new tickets or just refund its giving they need my 145 and why would it be a problem if we never received the service or participated

    Had customer reached out to the park prior to disputing the credit card charge, arrangements may have been considered.  

    At this time, the refund is in the hands of the credit card company since a dispute was placed on the purchase.

    I am rejecting this response because: I just got off the phone with my bank thats a lie because they have to get in contact with the merchant to receive the credit and what do they mean may worked out something I never went or used tickets this business is giving scam because why not give me credit if we never went. Also my bank has reached out they said with no communication back but they are so quick to respond to me to say they wont refund or reissue tickets that have never been used. Instead of saying they are in dire need of my 140

    The person that filed the complaint received their money back for the purchase via a credit card dispute. 

    No tickets will be issued to this person as they didnt pay for anything at this time.
     
    The person complaining seems to want to double dip, and we wont be part of that.
