    I purchased a vehicle from this dealer and paid it off in July 2024. The dealer did not send the title as of may 2025. Every time when I contacted the dealer they tell me that the bank is in possession of my title. However when I contacted the bank they tell me talk they direct me to speak with this dealership about this matter. June 7 2024 the bank sent me a letter informing me that my account is closed. And my account reassigned to the dealer. After this I paid remaining balance to the dealer to complete transaction. Since then I have been waiting for the title. I have been contacting the dealer repeatedly but with no success.I would like your help to receive my title for the car.

    We already talked to him and figured out his situation, the title should be arriving at the dealership any day and this guy can come pick it up,  we sorted everything out for him.

    I bought a 2013 ***** civic, was told everything was in good condition, ended up buying the car driving it out of the lot about half a mile down the road the car breaks down, I am told its the entire engine needs to be replaced extended warranty would not cover it and Ive been trying to get into contact and Im met with no answers, I tell them in our contract they have to pay and I havent gotten a real response back other than well see what we can do its been about a month and a half and still nothing has been done I told them my plans of going to a lawyer and sending BBB complaint and Im met with thats fine but if the car remains at the shop they decided to take it too it may be junked, I dont believe in financially responsible for something I had no chance to even drive. I have tried calling to get sorted out past couple weeks and 3 phone calls where ignored or sent to voicemail
