    Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was attempting to sell a few jewelry items to this establishment. The employee I thought to be helping me, tested my items with what she said to be a magnet. She proceeded to tell me that my items pulled to the magnet. Therefore the **** shop would not be able to purchase my jewelry because of the authenticity of the precious metals. No chemical testing was used and the employee became dismissive when I started asking questions. Rather than arguing with someone that was clearly lying about the test results. I proceeded home to do my own "magnet" test. Using multiple different types of magets, None of the items I was attempting to sell had any kind of magnetic properties whatsoever. Zero magnetic pull! Confirming it all to be legitimate and authentic. Also confirming this employee was blatantly dishonest about her test results. Neon signs in the windows of this establishment state "Buy, sell or trade" "We pay top dollar for gold and silver". I can speculate all day why my gold and silver wasn't acceptable to the advertising or i can expose **** KING OF EAST MOLINE ******** for crooked and dishonest business practices. Further more this establishment needs to be investigated for unlawful and criminal activities!
