    On July 18th, 2023 I placed and paid for an order with Hannah Arnold Designs and spoke with Hannah personally on the phone. The order was for two resin molds to be made out of my daughters wedding bouquet. Hannah had already received and taken my daughters entire wedding bouquet so that these molds could be made. I had to pay in full at time of order. I paid $1,095.85 with my credit card. I was told that the order would be finished by the end of August 2023 and that she would contact my daughter for pickup once the order was complete. That phone call never came. My daughter contacted her first and then I eventually did because she didnt respond to my daughter. She responded to me with the reply, I already contacted your daughter about it. Which happened simultaneously when she responded back to me. She gave my daughter the run around for awhile and then I reached out demanding what was going on and if the order was actually going to be delivered. At that point I never heard from Hannah again. She would only respond to my daughter. Who continued to manipulate and give the run around to. Hannah handled the situation with either no reply and avoidance or lots of excuses and lies. Needless to say we never received the items and my daughter has tried reaching out 4 more times and has not gotten a response. So ** finally reporting the situation to you. I hate to bad mouth a business or cause problems but this situation was so unprofessional and unethical that I cant let it slide. We really hoped we could have received the molds or at least received the wedding bouquet back for memories of my daughters wedding day, and tried so hard to work with this florist. Unfortunately she never had any intentions of following through. So at this point I feel that the money should be refunded. Which I dont know if that is even possible. I also, cant stand by and let Hannah Arnold get away with this and potentially do this to another person.
