Have 3 yr warranty on brake pads. I went in under warranty to get fixed and they said they couldn't replace because their was a issue with my truck and asked if I had been in an accident. Yeah 4 yrs ago which has nothing to do with my brake pads and my truck was fixed thru state farm. Plus I left with no brake pads under warranty and charged me $60 for doing nothing. The accident was 2 yrs before I got the brakes done thru the company the first time. Plus the lady at the desk insulted me the customer when they didnt do their job..

My invoice is attached. The truck was brought in on 8-12-22 to check out brake noise/grinding.  Car was test driven- wheels pulled and checked out-- grinding on left rear-- right rear brakes not worn out yet.  Caliper removed to check out to see if caliper failed-- caliper pushed in normal.  Checked further-- something is bent on left rear.  With being bent making rotor not turn true/ "wobble"-- this causing left side brake pads to wear out quicker.

Let customer know we would need to take apart further to see what is bent/damaged - which in turn causing left rear brakes to wear out quicker.  Customer said they were going to have work done in their hometown.

We are affiliated with Tire Pros. According to *****, the Arizona shop had replaced brakes a few times and her husband had also replaced them previously. *** ******* **** **** replaced them on 3/29/21-161,849 miles and again on 3/23/22-192,896 miles. ***** brought the truck in with 205,656 miles and it needed rear brakes again. Brakes should last much longer than that.

I am happy to warranty parts but with the repeated failure there is most likely other problems causing the premature wear. If you would like to have us replace rear pads and rotors please let us know, but we won't be able to continue replacing parts for free unless the underlying issue is resolved.
