    I hired **** ********* to pour a new concrete driveway, walkway and steps late September 2021. I was impressed with his work but after 2-3 months during the winter 4 of the large squares had concrete flaking up, these four 10x10 squares were poured off the same concrete truck so **** and I thought it might have been something in the concrete mix so he placed a call to ****** concrete and they sent someone out and said that the concrete was not the problem and said they would talk to **** but said they would work with **** to resolve the issue. All of this has been numerous calls to **** with major delays in call backs and sight visits. it was about 6 weeks before **** made his first visit to look at the concrete flaking then he put another call into ****** concrete which took another 4 months before they made a site visit. This has been really frustrating and I fear that no one is taking ownership of this issue. **** is a nice man and I really hate to have a complaint against him but we work hard to pay for this $11,500.00 driveway and steps (also replaced a bit of concrete inside the garage) just to having it come apart in 3 months. I want the four 10x10 portions of the driveway removed and poured to standard. I am not sure where the mistake happened during this project but I would have to guess that **** does.
