    Office staff was friendly and helpful. Wait time was minimal! I’m sorry I cannot recall the Dentist name, but she was female. She kept me informed of what she was doing and why at all times. Her professionalism was great! I appreciate that a lot! Dental hygienist was kind and helpful. I give this Dental Office 5 Stars! I plan on sending my entire family here to this office, they were that good. I have a follow up appointment for a full exam and teeth cleaning and look forward to having another good experience!

    "I recently visited Secure Dental in East Peoria and had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff was unwelcoming and displayed unprofessional behavior. Despite having an appointment, we arrived 9 minutes late due to my wife's severe tooth pain, which led her to seek treatment in the ER the previous night. OSF Medical Center referred her to the dentist at Secure Dental. Shockingly, the clinic refused to schedule any future appointments for my wife merely because she is Muslim and wears a headscarf. This discriminatory behavior was utterly unacceptable. Overall, I departed feeling deeply dissatisfied with the service provided. Discrimination should have no place in any professional setting."

    Younes, we are sorry that you are unhappy with your visit to Secure Dental and understand that disappointment. Our East Peoria office is very busy with appointments and walk-in patients. Due to being late we did fill the appointment with a walk-in patient and we were willing to see you, it would just be a little bit of a wait. We have NEVER discriminated against any patient for any reason. We take pride in being a safe place for all patients no matter their walk of life.

    The Receptionist Bre has terrible Service . They have messed up my sons medical records which because of that my insurance denied the claim when I tried to speak with the head of the office she is out till Monday! This situation has been going on for 6months . They have done nothing to fix the situation. My fifteen year. Is the one who is paying for it .

    This place is an absolute joke. After dealing with inexperienced doctors, botched services and the complete ruining of my teeth- I would never recommend this place to my worse enemy.
