    I bought a pump online for my truck installed the new pump pulled out of drive and truck died. hooked scan gauge 2 up ICP was only maxing at 100 psi, pulled IPR out of pump hooked air test up pump was leaking. took new pump out and put old pump back in due to being a daily driver, sent the new pump back to RCD performance. After several rude conversations from customer service they told me they was not arguing and that the pump was good, and since I was arguing I was going to pay full price on them testing my pump. after testing my pump after two weeks sent me a invoice charging me another 250.00 dollars and no tracking number. They also told me not to call back. they never responded to any emails to inform me their process nor any updates but get angry when I called to get a update on pump they said the best they could do is to sell me another pump at full price.

    I ORDERED A FUEL PUMP FROM THIS COMPANY ON SEPT 2ND 2023 TO BE SHIPPED ****** AND WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED IT WAS TO BE SIGNED FOR ****** SAID IT WAS DELIVERED BUT IT WAS NOT SIGNED FOR IT WAS NEVER SIGNED FOR IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY HAVE BEEN VERY UNHELPFUL SAID THEY SPOKE TO THERE ****** REP I DISPUTED THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK BUT I USED MY DEBIT CARD AND IT CAN TAKE UP TO 60 DAYS IN THE MEANTIME I AM OUT $1079.00 THIS PLACE COME HIGHLY RECOMMEND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO DO BUSINESS UNLESS YOU ARE LOCAL AND ABLE TO HAVE YOUR PART HANDED TO YOU IF IT IS SHIPPED AND YOU DON'T GET IT YOU ARE JUST AT THE BANKS MERCY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK WHILE THEY I AM SURE ALREADY HAVE ****** REFUNDING THEM
