5 starsAfter hours emergency - A/C was out Received a call from Nate within the hour I first placed the call. Nate arrived within 2 hours of our initial call. Identified the problem and got the A/C working but stuck around for 10 minutes to make sure it was still working. I’m very happy with the service responseAAA Northgate, Inc.

5 starsMitchell is great. He explains everything and continues to try to find out why my air conditioning unit loses coolant (has since it was new and the original company just charged me for the coolant and had no remedy--got rid of them!AAA Northgate, Inc.

5 starsI called AAA Northgate on a Saturday after 5 pm to ask for AC service. I had to leave a message since it was a weekend, but I received a call back from Mitchell, the service tech within 15 or 20 minutes. He communicated well with me on his arrival time and what the problem might be. He was very courteous and fixed the problem quickly. He gave me tips on how to maintain the system. AAA Northgate installed my system and he reiterated that they stand by their work. I’m hoping this will fix the problem and no other service calls will be needed anytime soon! 5 starsZack, From AAA Northgate, Inc. was our planned AC technician for maintenance service and did an excellent job is explaining the status in detail of our AC system. He communicates well and answered our questions is a professional manner. We are very pleased with his service and represents the fine line of technicians that have previously service our Heating and AC from AAA Northgate for several years now.
