  Michael made a positive impression on us from the very first meeting. He was organized, asked great questions, and contributed ideas and useful feedback. His communication was excellent and his work orders were detailed, accurate, and updated for us to see online throughout the project timeline. He was a true pro at getting the logistics of the job in order so the project started off on the right foot and his follow-through to completion was flawless, even collaborating with us on ideas to improve on the original design. From the floating deck design and construction to the finished new entry to our bedroom to the unique fence system in our yard, all of it exceeded expectations. He has a fantastic crew that delivers very high-quality work and you can tell they truly care about the finished product. We highly recommend Walters Woodworking & Construction.

  Rejoice! You found a contractor that understands email and texting! Walter's Woodworking is a unicorn of a contractor who understands the importance of an online and connected presence. After looking for the right contractor for our small Living Room remodel for 6 months, we immediately noticed the difference in Walter's Woodworking: Mike (the owner) answers email. Mike answers your texts. Beyond excellent communication, Walter's Woodworking also shows up when promised, and provides honest time estimates on when the work will be completed. When small items were found, or questions were had Mike was quick, responsive, and receptive to the problem and always found a way to keep us happy. Mike's crew were similarly polite, kind and courteous to those of us (and our animals) still in the house working during the renovation. Walter's Woodworking was not the cheapest, but his excellent communication and business practices can assure you he's as invested in the project as you are, and won't disappear with a down payment.

  Everyone at Walter's Woodworking was great! Very nice, professional, and did absolutely fantastic work. We did a huge kitchen remodel after a pipe burst in our home, and they were able to turn a disaster into a truly beautiful kitchen! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work!

  Walters Woodworking & Construction repaired and refinished my stairway and railing. Michael was honest and responsive throughout the process. The on-site carpenters did excellent work and even managed to keep the disruption minimal while I was working from home. Definitely recommend.

  Walters Woodworking and Construction did an excellent job on my kitchen remodel. They were very professional, timely, and cleaned up very well after the work day. They were also very understanding when I had to stay home while they worked! Great crew!
