  Horrible service I trusted them to put a catalytic converters on front and rear in 2021. Here it is 2023 and I have to replace the front manifold converter. I decided to take it back this year to get an answer to see what was the issue was, a representative told me I had a burnt hole in the manifold converter. I truly dont understand if its new how is that possible but the converter was no good to begin with when it was installed. I am very upset because they have no remorse as to replacing the converter and only had given me a 6 month warranty. I am not pleased with there service and they are getting over on people.

  Horrible business took my car to have a motor put in on 3/22/23. Took them 2weeks to do it when they was telling me 3days. I had to constantly call them to check and see what was going on with my car. I got my car back on 4/4/23 with the check engine light on I asked them what was going on they said my car was fine it should go off. Not even 2weeks later my car stopped on the highway when I was on my way to take it back to their shop. I told him my car was making noise days prior to it stopping he then told me to come in that Monday just so happens my car stopped on the highway when I got off work in early morning traffic. I immediately called them because they have tow trucks he lied to me and said that nobody was there not even 20 minutes later I pulled up to their business and saw tow truck. They said they put a bad motor in there and had to wait for the company they ordered from to send out a new motor. They said it would take them 3days to receive the new motor. It took them into the beginning of May to fix my car 5/2/23. My check engine light was still on so I took my car to GMC to have a different opinion because I knew something wasnt right. The motor thats in my car looks my same old motor. I called and asked them why they didnt do a tune up on a used motor they put in my car. One of the staff members told me to bring it in and they would handle it. That was 5/22/22 I been calling them the last three days about my car getting a tune up and a sensor replaced. Just for me to get a call today saying that they wasnt gone do a tune up or replace the part on my car. I went to get my car livid because literally been paying to get back and forth. The man that supposedly fix my car said that they put a motor off their property in there I asked him to repeat his self because I wouldve never agreed to that. I told him that they didnt change my motor out and if they did show me the car they got it off of he couldnt. They are scammers I paid them ****
