I have a problem with the director of hotel operations. I made a reservation two weeks ago. When I spoke to the clerk I was telling her about some rental property that I had. She seemed to be interested in it. I had her hold a ring and a two dollar bill while I showed it to her. She kept the ring and the two dollar bill. While I was making another reservation more recently, the director of hotel operations called my into his office to talk to him. He was going to increase my room rate from $109 to $179 to discourage me from booking reservations. I told me he could charge me for a no-show from the last reservation. This felt personal, this was not business. He pulled a knife out and set it on the desk while in his office. At the end of the conversation, he tried to shake my hand. I denied it.

0 stars, but had to put 1 to add the review, worst experience ever. Went to the Casino for New Years. While there my vehicle was broken into wasn't the 1st or 2nd, maybe 3rd or 4th. You would think a Casino that was stuck up by gun point would have a bit better security especially when they put up signs saying 24hr surveillance. I tried to tell 1 security guard in a white f150 about my car being broken into, he said you have to file a report and drove off. File a report with whom? If your security wouldn't I file it with you?! Filed a report with the police already on-site and the officer said to call later and file a complaint. I called and was told the Casino doesn't do anything outside the casino that's on the police, the persons insurance, and the person who decided to come to the casino and in their words "you come to the queen it's a risk". No compensation no nothing not even an apology. Add insult to injury the casino security we did finally talk to 2hours later said well it's New Years and this happens, even went on to say "we see it on surveillance, but by the time we get out here they are gone or hitting another car across the parking lot so we respond there and they hit another and leave" so you told me how it happens and openly admitted to **** poor security and that you know and see it happen, but "can't do anything". I will add I was parked under a light by the sign that says "this property is under 24 hour surveillance" lol what's the point of you do nothing about it???
