    My tenant ****** ******* at ************************************************************* has not paid their water/sewage bill since 2023 but I, as the owner was not made aware until a couple weeks ago. The bill is $1390 now. Why did it take so long to notify me? The tenants have received free money from the state and has applied for section 8 recently but is behind on rent also. Can someone help? Can an overseeing company get a better handle on this situation? My other tenant at **************** is also behind but not as bad as the ones at *******.

    Ms. *** wants to know why she was recently notified of her tenants (****** *******) delinquency. When an owner purchases property in our service area of *************, ***************,and ************** (*********** area) ********, it is the owner(s)responsibility to notify American Bottoms Wastewater Treatment Facility of any ownership change. American Bottoms was not informed of this information until recently, therefore the existing owner on file was being notified of the delinquency.  To be considered for an adjustment or further questions relating to this matter, I suggest, Ms. *** can contact our customer service representatives M-F from 8 to 4:15pm at *************.
