    Signed a contract in July to have my hail damaged car fixed though this company. Company mentioned itd take a while to schedule an appointment, company failed to proactively schedule an appointment. After 6 months of no update, I had to call the business to schedule an appointment in December. After not receiving all the parts still the appointment was delayed again to January. After finally delivering the car on January 6th. We were quoted 3 to 3.5 weeks to completion. After failure to deliver the car back after 4 weeks. I had to call the business for an update. Was then updated it be completed no later than 2/14/25. After failure to deliver on 2/14, business indicated itd be 1 more week. Again delayed and again the business did not reach out. I had to call to receive any information. This happened 2 more times. Finally the back and forth without communication happened all the way till the day of pick up. The business failed to even deliver the car within their final expectations. They mentioned on 2/26 that the car would be ready by no later than the evening of 2/28. It was not, I call the business and the promised 3/3, again no delivery. Finally 5 weeks pasted the quoted time I received my car. The company failed to update myself with drastic change in expectations and failed to offer any level of compensation/formal apology for the additional delays and poor communication. This was an insurance claim, so I understand my obligation to pay my deductible but when talking with the owner they did not consider alternative options for the negative experience they created. ******** customer service and ability to care for their customer.

    He wanted his deductible covered, I'm not giving his money back.  We did update him about his vehicle.  The roof panel was damaged.  Parts are not readily available and I tried to explain it to him.  I called him to make sure everything was ok with his car, he picked his car up and it was fine with him.
