    I paid $1,750 for live transfer life insurance leads. Then after not getting leads for several months I asked for a refund.
    Here's a list of times I have contacted them about the refund. I have been told several times that I will get one, and can forward those emails if you would like.

    8-28-2023- Vmail and Email. They aren’t even answering the phone anymore. Just rings until *******’s voicemail picks up.
    8-29-2023 Voicemail- Receptionist says ******* is the only one to talk to.

    We have been in contact with this customer on numerous occasions. The previous sales rep is no longer with our organization. The entire situation with his previous sales rep was explained to him and he was told we would be sending out a refund as soon as possible. We were in no way ignoring the customer. The refund had already been mailed to him before this complaint was filed. He deposited the refund into his account on 9/5/23. Please see attachment. The customer has been refunded in full and this complaint has been resolved.

    Our insurance office got into a contract with US Marketing Source to give us 50 live transfer calls of people that are looking for auto insurance that are homeowners. We paid them $3000 on October 26th, 2022 for 50 leads. With every other company they will give us a few leads a day and those 50 leads will be done in a month or less. From the beginning US Marketing Source only gave us a lead every now and then spaced weeks apart. It is now May, 8 months later and they still haven't given ** all 50 leads. I have been in communication with them frequently asking them to do a prorated refund, but they just brush me off and say no that they won't because we have a contract. The contract says if the manager and I get it in writing that we can do a prorated refund. Some of the leads they send us aren't calls even though that is what we paid for. They blame it that we didn't pick up the phone, but our phone records don't show the call and both of our offices and all the staff say the phone didn't ring. They keep saying that I am just limiting them with what we want, but all the other companies give me **** leads a day! I am tired of their lies and would like a prorated refund minus the actual calls that we have gotten (not including their ghost calls they say we didn't answer, but they wont allow me to hear their recordings).

    I purchased "live Transfer leads" from the company on March 31st of this year. I paid $1450.00 for the leads. As of today November 4th, I have not received any leads. I have made numerous calls and was promised to get the process moving forward. For the last 60 days they do not pick up or return my calls. I have been dealing with a ****** ****** *** ******* *******, which I believe is either the owner or married to the owner.
