We had the unfortunate experience of using these people for a non profit fundraiser. The kids they had putting our (2) tents together were higher than a kite.And then when they finished, I took these photos to show the ownership the straps weren't even connected, and most of them were broken at that. To no surprise, one of the tents collapsed the day before our event during storms. They did not have parts or a replacement tent. Still charged is for both tents, and blamed us for the storm bringing the one down.Will go out of my way to keep people from dealing with these people. No way these reviews are real.

Hi *****, thank you for your feedback. It was unfortunate that one of these tents collapsed. When the young sober adults, not kids high as a kite left this setup, both of these tents were up in the air like they should have been. To my knowledge we were not notified of any problem with these tents or the setup until one of them came down during a lot of heavy rain and wind. They probably could have withheld the weather, but this was not the first nor the last time a tent will collapse in heavy rain, and neither of us can control the weather. We were contacted 1 week prior to this event in hopes that we could provide these tents. This was a week where we were completely full to take any other events, but decided to try and help out with this event as it was for an acquaintance of a partner of ours (friend of a friend). Every other tent we own was out somewhere else that week, so no we didn't not have a replacement for the tent that went down.Again this was an unfortunate situation, and the rest of our real, not fake reviews show that we don't operate or provide event services in the manner being portrayed here. We used this company and their employees came out were stoned. Additionally the tent was not to regulation and many straps were broken and missing. We informed them and they told us it would be fine. When the storm came in over night it collapsed due to pooling water. When we called to let them know they said they had no parts and came and took down the tent. We would have been happy to pay for one tent but they wanted both and blamed us for their unmaintained product failure. IElite Event Services LLC

Overall, you guys were great. Your communication and responses were very good throughout. Your set up team was on time, extremely conscientious and worked well with us to make the last minute changes that always come up, of course. The set up/take down schedule worked well and we appreciate your cooperation and execution in making that work. This was the most successful of the four times we have held this event. Record attendance and very good unsolicited responses so far from our partners and guests. We held our post event meeting yesterday and it was unanimous that we will invite Elite Events back for the 2025 event. Thanks again for the great service.Elite Event Services LLC

I utilized Elite Events Train for an Easter event with my Church and right off the bat I have appreciated their service throughout the entire time working with them, from booking to post event customer service, they did an amazing job. They arrived on time and were ready in a blink of an eye. They catered to the event guests well and from many people I heard they enjoyed having the train. I would highly suggest using their services for anyones next event. Hopefully in the future we will have another opportunity to utilize other offerings that they have.Elite Event Services LLC

We used Elite Events for our company awards banquet. We specifically used their casino services and it really elevated our event. From the quote process to end of the event, they were a professional and easy company to work with. The pre event planning helped us finalize event details, the set up crew were helpful and friendly, and the pit boss and casino dealers were wonderful! We used Elite Events for a corporate event last week and they were phenomenal to work with. Super nice and professional, wanted to make sure we were satisfied with everything which we were. They were also super reasonable in their price point. I definitely would recommend Elite Events if wanting to work with a Casino night company in the St. Louis area.Elite Event Services LLC

5 starsGreat job with all of the planning, set up and execution. Really flexible with weather delays and helping us make sure the event went on when it was safe and not raining. Would definitely recommend this company for your next event.
