We had an inspection done toward the end of 2023. The inspection came back with a few concerns, but nothing too harsh which led us to make the decision in purchasing the house. Fast forward to January 2024 and the time in between today, we have come across a multitude of severe issues that we did not cover in the report. A few inspectors have come out to evaluate each individual problem and are SHOCKED this property passed any type of inspection. 2 of them even went as far as to say the previous owner may have paid off anyone involved in the inspections to get the house to sell. Electrical, plumbing, foundation, and the roof are all in code violations. The list of issues to too long to disclose on this site.

We would be glad to go over any concerns with you in person and have had the inspector try to reach you by phone, Our inspections are not pass or fail as we are a private company and cannot fail a home nor are we code inspectors or code enforcement but rather provide details on the homes current conditions upon a visual inspection that is not technically exhaustive or destructive in any manor. The email we received had items listed that were noted on the home inspection report as well as a couple others beyond the scope of the home inspection. We would be happy to discuss the items of concern with you if you can call the home inspector back or call our office to set up a time.
