    This business was chosen to do all the plumbing and electric work in our new construction home. The bathtub they delivered to be installed (one-piece so it has to be installed before the walls get put up) was already repaired/defective and we were not told this was the case.Less than two weeks in our new home and the floor of the tub cracked. Our contractor took a look at it and notified us that this tub has already been repaired. The new cracks formed next to the old repair spot. I contacted the plumbers and they had the manufacturer send out someone to repair it again. The tub was finally repaired yesterday, but it still creaks and flexes when using it. I would not be surprised if another part of it cracks.We were sold a refurbished and defective one-piece shower/tub. This means we would have to spend thousands of dollars in refinishing and labor costs to remove the defective tub instead of repairing it. If we would have been notified in the beginning that there was a high chance, our new tub was going to be refurbished, I would not have chosen it and would have had them install something else.All I'm asking is that the company reimburses me for the cost of this tub, which is probably small considering the amount of money I have paid them for all the work on the house. I really have no idea though, since they won't even tell me how much I paid for it. I have been nothing but nice and courteous to them, and now they are ignoring **** am submitting a complaint to the BBB because I'm hopeful that maybe it can prevent this from happening to anyone else who chooses to do business with Integrity Electric & Plumbing.
