I hired the company to install my kitchen counter after they agreed to have it installed much faster than competitors. The person I was in contact with sent me a text 2 nights prior before install to ask if I can use one of his sinks instead of the existing sink because he didnt have the tool to cut the counter to fit my sink. He assured me it was great quality and I will have no problems with it. On the day of install his crew completed the install of the counters and counters only. They unhooked my plumbing and left it in pieces. They told me they wont hook it back up. They also disconnected my gas line incorrectly by twisting the entire line to get it off my cook top. They also just left the gas line dangling behind my cabinets. They said they completed the job and I paid them $4,200.00 cash. They took my money and did not provide a receipt. One worker called the boss and the boss told me to text him my email and he would provide me with a receipt. That did not happen and he refused to give me a receipt after he had his cash in hand. Ive called and text multiple times and he still will not comply. After the workers left I went to put my kitchen back in working order only to find the new sink that was installed didnt match the older sinks design. The owner ensured me it was a quick plug and play sink before I agreed to use his sink. I went to turn on my cook top only to find my gas line was disconnected and incorrectly removed. I called the owner of the company back and he said his workers where supposed to put the gas line back and that he will send out his guys to correct it. He did not and lied/ cheated me out of a $1,200 repair bill his team made during the install. He finally told me to stop calling him and to leave him alone and that he will not fix anything there negligence created.

Hired the company C&I Stone Design to install quartz countertops in my kitchen. The company finished the installation and was paid in full. During the installation they cut to deep into the wall and damaged the drain pipe coming down from the second floor bathroom. They did not disclose the damage to me and the leak was found two days after when water was pooling in the basement. I hired a plumber to fix the leak and he informed me that the installer cut the pipe behind drywall with some type of saw and that is what is causing the leak in the basement. I contacted the contractor and told him about the issue. I also sent him photos and a video of the damage they caused. He is no longer responding to my messages. I would like to file a claim against his insurance company or have them reimburse me for the damages.
