    I highly recommend Lanningham Custom Coats for any of your remodeling or painting needs. ***** is very professional and caring. He was able to get me a very fair quote quickly and was starting work the next day. They painted a 1600 sqft house in 3 days and It looks Amazing. You wont be disappointed. Thank you *****!

    We hired Lanningham Custom Coats to paint our full interior (ground floor and upper floor, walls and ceilings) after moving into a new home that had a "unique" color scheme to be fair. They made quick work of everything and did an amazing job and would definitely recommend this team for your painting projects and they can even do some projects like they mounted an electric fireplace in a wall.

    I could not have chosen a worse painter than Lanningham Custom Coats. I hired ***** and his crew (which turned out to be him and his wife) to paint a 40 X 80 machine shed for me. I was given a price quote which I agreed to, and I was given a time frame of 7 days depending on weather. Both of which were in writing. We had great weather and 5 weeks into the job it still wasn't done. Their workday consists of showing up around 9:30-10:00, taking lunch at noon, and then pulling out around 2:00-2:30. This is with several smoke breaks in between. I paid him half down over a month before the job started, but he then wanted more money to continue working claiming that hes using more material than anticipated. The quote was for two topcoats, but he only did one topcoat on the four sides of the building, and only did one topcoat on half of the roof. The other half of the roof was still only primed. I refused to give him any more money until the job is complete, which was the terms of his contract. He then accused me of s******* him and pulled off my job. I had to call the police on ***** when he picked up his equipment due to the behavior of him and his wife. Hes lied to me, made false promises, and has done mediocre work at best. Ive never had such an awful contractor work for me. I was forced to complete the job myself before winter shut it down for the year. Do yourself a favor and take the time to research this guy before hiring. I was fooled by a professional looking website and old positive reviews. This company is anything but professional.
