      If I could give 0 stars I would. Everyone at corp is either related or friends of one of the relatives that works there. They really need to do some cleaning house of the people in charge. Not just the branch managers but *** **** and ***** ******* as well. Both are extremely rude, wont speak to you if they see you unless you speak to them first. But will be nice if there is someone important around. Everyone there is too afraid to say anything. When something is reported to a manager it never goes past them because the managers are afraid too. If you are on the retail side and want any kind of advancement, which you are promised whenever you startyou better advocate for yourself because they are not looking to give anyone any kind of raise unless they absolutely have to. While we are on the topic of training ******* ****** is such a nice person, but she has zero ability to train. The entire time you are there she just talks about going to EDC festivals and her she shed. I have seen people get passed up for opportunities solely based off of who the other person applying knows. Not off of experience, seniority or knowledge. This place is an absolute joke to work for and if you are wanting to start or continue a career in banking this place will change that for you. You will leave here completely burnt out and never wanting to work in banking again. Unless you are at a slow branch like **********, *************** or *************. Then you will get paid the same as everyone else but have to do 1/4 of the work. I trained people walking into that place starting off making more per hr than I did. They never applaud you when you do well and only want to critique you when you do something wrong. Even if you were never trained or told otherwise. Especially if you have any kind of anxiety or depression DO NOT WORK HERE. Youre mental health will go down the drain. I would never recommend that anyone work here. 0 stars.
