      I purchased Wet and Forget from a local ******. It killed the **** but it stained the shingles white. It has done considerable damage to the side where the product was used. I have scrubbed it and five minutes after scrubbing it's white again. I used appropriate equipment to apply the product. I'm really embarrassed by the sight of these stains. Thankfully I took before and after pictures. When I contacted the company they told me to use a vinegar and water mixture that initially worked but only lasted 5 minutes and then the white stain came back.

      To whom it may **************** purchased a **** remover product, "Wet & Forget from a ********************* On June 5th 2023, I applied it to the wood siding of my house. Although it did remove the **** however, it left a residue, turning my brown siding white where the **** was. I reached out to the company's manager "*************************" multiple times. She told me to try hosing it down with water, which I did numerous times. She said she discussed the issue with her team and told me to do a test patch, with half vinegar and half water, which did not work. In addition, I left several phone messages for ************************* and after two weeks she finally called me back on Monday 12/4/2023.She said she would meet with her team and get back to me this week, today is Friday 12/8/2023 and I have not heard back from her. I believe that a professional painter/power washer will be needed to properly assess a solution to this Situation. I have included a couple of before and after photos.
